INTRODUCTION Obesity is a serious health problem in the world. The prevalence of overweight and obesity globally according to WHO estimation was around 1.5 billion and 500 million adults in 2008 Obesity is defined as an excess accumulation of body fat. Being overweight or obese isn't a cosmetic problem. These conditions greatly raise your risk for other health problems.
