Abstract
Pulmonary function test in the form of spirometry, measurement of lung volume including total lung capacity (TLC), functional residual capacity (FRC) , Residual volume (RV) & single breath diffusion capacity measurement were done in 100 healthy young volunteers from Mumbai metropolitan region area.
Regression equations were derived for young men & women for predicting normal values of diffusion capacity (DLCO).
